SUST is a meal. It makes an awesome breakfast or lunch, helping you to pack in naturally occurring macro and micronutrients from whole food ingredients, in the most sustainable way possible.
SUST is not ‘complete’ or a ‘meal replacement’ by legal definition, which in our opinion is no bad thing – as this would mean adding ingredients made in a lab and artificial flavourings and sweeteners to make them taste good! How nuts is that?
With around 16g of protein per serving, you could use SUST instead of a regular protein shake.
