No blender or need to be out the door, pronto? Fret not, you can keep things quick, sustainable and blender-free by mixing your favourite SUST with a little dairy-free yoghurt.

The texture can be quite nutty, but it’s an easy way to keep up with your eco-friendly eating and nutrition goals when you’re busy or away from home.

Plus, skipping the blender means less washing up. Everyone’s a winner.

  • Add 120g yoghurt to a bowl
  • Stir in 1 sachet of SUST

And then you’re good to go. Told you it was easy.

Feeling fancy?

Add some optional fruit or a sprinkle of nuts, seeds or granola for added flavour or crunch. Keep things planet-happy by choosing seasonal fruits when you can.

Dairy dodger?

SUST tastes great with all kinds of yoghurt—but if you’re looking to keep things sustainable or plant-based, oat, coconut or soy-based yoghurt alternatives are good options.
