No blender or need to be out the door, pronto? Fret not, you can keep things quick, sustainable and blender-free by mixing your favourite SUST with a little dairy-free yoghurt.

- Add 120g yoghurt to a bowl
- Stir in 1 sachet of SUST

Add some optional fruit or a sprinkle of nuts, seeds or granola for added flavour or crunch. Keep things planet-happy by choosing seasonal fruits when you can.
