The on-the-go SUST

Call them protein balls, call them energy bites – whatever you choose, they’re simply a great way to enjoy a nutritious SUST snack whilst on-the-go.

So whether you’re at work, on a hike or just need a little something to combat the afternoon slump, these on-the-go SUST balls are a filling, nutritious and tasty boost.

  • Add 1 SUST sachet, 1 cup of pitted dates and 1 cup of unsalted nuts to a blender/food processor.
  • Pulse until roughly chopped/combined.
  • Add a tbsp of nut milk to bring the mixture together.
  • Roll into balls and chill.

Keep them in the fridge and grab one whenever you fancy.

Ready to roll?

Once chilled, roll the balls into some desiccated coconut, crushed nuts or dark melted chocolate for an even better flavour. Totally optional, but totally delicious.

Sweet or spicy?

Hello, flavour! For added sweetness, drizzle over a dash of maple syrup or vanilla extract whilst rolling, or spice things up by adding a teaspoon or two of cinnamon.
